My children did what young adults do and should do grow up leave the nest and go and make their own family. It is called the natural order of things. No job hopping just get thru college and start at a good level in the work force and enjoy being independent. I did not suck anything but they sucked my pocket book but now that trend is changing and I hope they raise children and pay lots of taxes unlike so many youth that job hop and live in the fantasy world of cartoons.

I see, so in the fantasy world you live in, adults watching cartoons = hopping from job to job and not paying taxes, supporting the law over religion = Socialism, supporting criminal activity is perfectly acceptable as long as God fits into the equation, and abortion is unacceptable in all situations.

Give a child a fish and feed him for a day and teach him to fish and feed him for life with that said leave the child alone and teach them no work ethic and you have a bunch of over grown kids that are not as productive in society. Working here and there and not having a career is a problem in society's youth always has been but seem much worse these days. How long have you worked at your job or last few jobs ? I have been at mine for 24 years and my daughters are working a very stable not to say you are not stable that will help my grandchildren too. Almost time for Sailor Moon got to run........
Isaac
I see you are throwing old dirt at a new problem again don't forget your subject and object. You do have a socialist slant to you

Well let's just say that 24 years ago I was in the 6th grade, old man. No surprise you have more years on the job than me or the guy who just turned 24.

Either way, a person's chosen form of entertainment is in no way, shape, or form, an indication of their work ethic.

Alright guys, this thread is not going to become a flame war. I will lock it up before I let it go there. We are discussing anime here, not our opinions of each other, our religions, or political alignments. I have edited the posts that I feel were inappropriate.

I can agree to this entirely! I am on my 3rd month in a job I love! I am a prior serviceman in the U.S. military. I'm working on a college degree. All the while, I am a huge fan of all kinds of anime. It is obviously no indication of work ethic. I just have my own form of entertainment, that's all.

TV is (sadly) 2007's bookshelf and the best way to know a person is to browse their bookshelf.
