Youtube. Just go to www.youtube.com and search for what you want. Then look at the address and you will see something like this:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ISW1IDroVyY

Highlight everything after the "v=" and then select Edit->Copy. (the red part in this example) Then if you want to paste the video into a message, put the cursor where you want the video to appear and click on this symbol:

Name: youtube.png
Views: 18
Size: 517 Bytes

Name: youtube.png
Views: 18
Size: 517 Bytes

Then select Edit->Paste. That's it. The video should appear in your post.
