How about for small business and military. I am white by the way a minority in Shreveport so do I have minority status or fair share status too ?

About the same as the cars with Cops in them
People that do the crimes are doing them because they need something and need it fast. Think back to the news not to long ago when a guy walks in to a gas station and trys to rob it with a cop standing in line behind him. This shows what not sleeping for a week will cause the brain to do. NO FEAR
