1. What is an "Intermediate Learning Center?"
2. I don't get the "least likely to have children" award. Is he gay? Did he get hit in the nuts at some point? |

It's a cruel award for a "teacher" to give out, but we seem to be having lots of trouble with teachers these days and their judgement.
