Here is a trick a friend of mine taught me
Slice then dice a fresh tomato into chunks. Drizzle on some olive oil (I used infused olive oil for flavor). Nuke it for 20 to 25 seconds. Eat!

That sounds good but I like eating fresh tomatoes at room temp. sliced up and drizzled with olive oil, black pepper and garlic salt. Sometimes I add ranch dressing. Yum! Nothing like fresh home grown tomatoes!
