imdb lists the release date of this movie as 17 October 1955.

Good detective work there. I too like it, when these old photos have some kind of date on them. When they don't, you just have to try and figure it out.

Check the traffic light and one-way sign. Louisiana used to run in the opposite direction that it does now, but Crockett ran only towards the river even back then.

Yes, this one is definitely newer than the other one. Nobody in the 30s would have been wearing a t-shirt and blue jeans, that's a post-WWII fashion.
