Thanks for the heads up on the hyperlink. I guess I got in too much of a hurry. Of all the recipes there, my favorite one is the Shrimp Bordelaise

Grilled Shrimp with Goat Cheese

Spread some homemade salsa onto an broiler safe plate
Place 4 jumbo grilled shrimp on top of the salsa
Spoon or spread a glob of goat cheese on top of the shrimp
(whipped goat cheese works best)
Broil entire plate in the oven (broiler) for a few minutes until cheese starts to turn brown at the tips

Serve with your favorite bread. I like to spread the salsa and goat cheese on chunks of bread.
