sbl_admin Administrator Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Shreveport, LA Posts: 1,965 Rep Power: 256	Kuwait Refinery Study Deal Signed Louisiana and the Kuwait Petroleum Corp. signed an agreement Sunday to study the possibility of Kuwait building a refinery in Louisiana. It would be the first built from the ground up in the U.S. in 30 years.
