The real bummer is that the publisher has indefinitely postponed their mothers' parenting book. I know I would have paid to read that, it's surely hilarious.

If she is only 16, why isn't someone being charged with statutory rape? I thought 16 years old was still a minor..

Depends on the age of the guy.

In LA the age of consent is 17. If the girl is 15 or 16 then there's no crime unless the guy is 19 or older.

My mistake, if the guy is 17 or 18 and the girl is 15 or 16 then it is a misdemeanor.

It will be interesting to see how Nickelodeon deals with this. I for one would not have wanted my young impressionable daughters watching a young teenaged pregnant girl as a role model!

I read somewhere in the news that the dad maybe in trouble. I sure hope that young stars get some sort of awakening before my kids get too much older, or they won't have anyone to "look up to". The times are changing!!
