Most of south Texas was once a coral bed. Change will come to everything on this planet at one time or another. Pollution and fresh water run off kill coral. Are we seeing the top of the bell curve ? You know I love this word "event horizon" ? War and disease have been a factor in our past and now we live so long. The planet has a way of correcting itself. All we have is time let us watch and see

It's because all you coral reefers keep buying it to put in your tanks.

It will not be long and the fragmenting or Frags as they are called will be the way to go. People can grow coral now and granted they are small but they may be the way of the future. The corals that are having a hard time are hard corals that aquarium hobbyist do not keep in their tanks.

Every thing is a cycle. People freak out because something changes and they can actually see it. Guess what, if you have a pecan tree I bet it doesn't put on pecans every year. It's not because "Global Warming" or George Bush, It's a cycle.
People need to chill out, we are in control of very little. We cannot control nature or anything else. If more people would realize this it would make life alot easier for the rest of us. |
