Police say the privileged 2006 Loyola College Prep graduate and soccer star was not only thinking about an attack on a presidential candidate but acting on his plan — trying to recruit a friend "caused a great deal of concern."

I dunno. I think he just wanted attention. Why else would he jump on a public board and announce that he has been bad?

1. That is the penalty for terrorizing, not for terrorism.

2. "Communicating of false information of planned arson" almost always means a bomb threat, which is a specific type of terrorizing that the state has decreed deserves a harsher penalty.
