Police say the privileged 2006 Loyola College Prep graduate and soccer star was not only thinking about an attack on a presidential candidate but acting on his plan — trying to recruit a friend "caused a great deal of concern."

1. That is the penalty for terrorizing, not for terrorism.
2. "Communicating of false information of planned arson" almost always means a bomb threat, which is a specific type of terrorizing that the state has decreed deserves a harsher penalty. |
