I do NOT know how they can possilbly sustain the heat! And yes even though those streets under construction are a pain they will be road ready sooner due to those poor heat exhausted laborers! It is appreciated! Now I don't have sympathy for people who CHOOSE to jog at noon...they are insane!!!!!!!!
