What exactly are "concerns" and what is the appropriate response to them?

I have concerns about pretty much everybody.

...even though he is a republican. He should not be forced to resign. I wouldn't put it past the republican party leadership to ask for his resignation, however.

He, of course, will lose his speaker position in the next congress since the Democrats will take back control of the House.
