I live within the "affected area". I have been resisting the temptation to rant. I pay my city taxes and water bill like everyone else. But I'm not supposed to water my yard when I want to pay for it like everyone else does? Why? Poor engineering? Poor management? It's not like the buildout of this area over the past 15 years was all of a sudden. What was sudden was our annexation into the city limits for the tax base months after I moved in.
