In fact, cutting back on pressure, THEN asking us to conserve on top of that is a double slap. Why not pick one or the other. (because they are that deep in need is why)

Meanwhile plumbers are putting pamplets on doorknobs advertising expensive devices that overcome low water pressure. Maybe the "water conservation" aspect of this is to make folks feel guilty for "going around" the problem for themselves. And for the businesses who sell them.
