Is the one-way directions haven't changed since then then that has to be the S corner, meaning that building is the site of the old drive-thru for CNB, over the underground offices. There's a club there now, on the same block as the post office.

Hale Boggs was an interesting guy (that campaign sign is from 1952, by the way). He was actually re-elected to congress after he died. His plane crashed in Alaska right before the election and he was still "missing" during the election. The reason aircraft have to carry EPIRBs is because of his crash.
