Pocahontas SBLive! Veteran Join Date: Apr 2007 Posts: 1,691 Rep Power: 294	Walton Construction states that they tried to contact 138 of the minority businesses and only 8 responded and they hired 6!! That sounds like the construction co. did their part and the businesses didn't put forth much efforts! I feel that the workers/businesses should get the jobs based on merit not on minority status.
