Just a year after he won a second term, speculation is swirling that New Orleans Mayor Ray Nagin is looking for another job -- perhaps governor or congressman.

I think they like them stupid down in the south land. This guy is just not showing any good reasoning what so ever. I do not think he stands a chance.
