yeah you might want to vary the amount of water and/or milk to get to the right consistency for the "soup" you like. Also the dill was a real twist with the jalapeno. You might like it or not. The jalapeno adds quite a bit of pepper flavor to the soup. If you cut out the seeds and white part, it is "warm" rather than "hot".
