Rhertz's wife's Jalapeño Corn Soup
1 Tube frozen creme corn
1 Chopped fresh Jalapeño (no seeds) 1 small chopped fresh vidalia onion 1 cup milk 1 cup water 2 tbps Country Crock 1 tsp dried dill 1 chicken bouillon cube Place corn and water in pot and heat on medium until melted. Stir in rest of ingredients and simmer until you are ready to eat. |
