I don't get it either. I know if I didn't pay my taxes, I'd be locked up. But since he is a lawyer who knows intricate details of the law, he gets a pass? The local news stories don't help one bit. Reading the times forums helps a little, but I'm still confused, which is probably why I'm not a lawyer.
