rhertz SBLive! Veteran Join Date: May 2006 Posts: 2,834 Rep Power: 316	Nodding. I would think that some states might even have a blanket law for "conspiracy to commit a felony" or "accessory to a felony" that could be used by prosecutors no matter what the felony crime is.
