Thank you jnc for posting those photos. Brings back lots of memories. You guys are inspiring me to dust off some old shoe boxes and look inside for the first time in years. No telling what I might find of relavance. I'm embarrassed to admit that so far I've only posted one photo to this fine group.

I have a web page with other pix from my travels of faded ads, etc. woefully in need of updating and this gave me an urge to post a few local ones here. I'm a translpant from a young age (3rd grade) > South Highland Elementary > Broadmoor Jr High > Byrd. Then gone for The U and ever since. But folks remained and so still visited and snapped few pix of the Lost or about to Lost.

Even in the day I wanted to take pix of transitory (or so I imagined) places like the hippie leather worker who had a small building near Centenary andKings (?). And the Bossier strip. My folks wondered why I'd bother. Weird me.
