I worked at McD's for 3 years in high school, 2 years as asst. manager- I cant tell you how angry I get at the employees of these places! Like when they are all laughing and carrying on like children, instead of doing their job. I fired many of them!!
It all goes back to poor management. When I was in management in the '80s, There were alot of standards. We would get spot inspections, such as "ghost customers", who would come in like regular joe and order a meal. They would hand you a 5 page "score sheet" on their way out the door, and you better not have any problems on that score! They would also drive thru the drive thru and time it- it had to be less than 3 minutes from order to drive-off. Obviously, that sort of thing doesn't happen anymore
Working the amount of hours that I do, fast food is un-avoidable. But I do try to frequent certain ones.... PEOPLE ARE CRAZY!
