Louisiana ranks near the bottom in overall health for 16 years

We may be at the bottom in that respect, but I heard on the radio a while back that Louisiana is in the top 5 for the state with the friendliest people. Maybe we just need to be more aggressive.

Yes more aggressive at cleaning out the cancer in our government. Kathy Blanco is joke and our systems of checks and balance is at the bottom of the barrel. In LA you need to know one thing "cold cash" talks and the rest walk.
