Imagine walking past various stores in the mall and having coupons and on-sale advertisments flashing up on your screen. This also aids in cellular 911 calls, much like OnStar for your bicycle, motorcycle, body, etc. and not just your car. But given the close relationship between the feds and the telcoms, I'm afraid Isaac maybe be right too.
