Let me guess how those hold outs might be
The same folks that are on the public dole ? Who want their government entitlements ! Energy supplement checks ? I think they are called road kill on the internet highway

I wouldn't say that entirely. My grandmother is an elderly retiree who put many decades into hard work. She doesn't have Internet access because she doesn't know much about computers. She has never been in a chat room or forum. She does all of her banking the old-fashion way. She entertains herself via television.
There are those who just don't have a use for the Internet because they have yet to experience its benefits. There are things that would benefit my life, but I neglect them because I have yet to appreciate them. |
