I have the business connection which started out at 4k, then it was supposed to be upgraded to 9k. Well, about 2 weeks went by so I called tech support to see why my account hadn't been upgraded. When the guy found out it was my home connection and not actually a business, he bumped me up to 16.
Of course my TV/Internet cable bill is $103 and some change every month too!

Wow, I've never heard of anything faster than 8M for a residential connection. 12-16 is quite impressive. I get 1.5M at home. but the upload speeds of most residential networks is still slow (1M or less)
