Democratic presidential contenders Thursday sought to underscore their differences with Republicans on gay and lesbian rights, but leading candidates also faced sharp questions on their reluctance to embrace marriage for same-sex couples.

Any of these fools that come down on the side of gay marriage is going to be hurt when it comes time to count votes.

Gay marriage is already legal in all 50 states. The problem is with same-sex marriage, regardless of the sexual orientation of the participants.

Personally, I don't see where the FED has the right or authority to come down either way on this issue.. It should be handled at the State level.
