This is rediculios why not just ask the child where he wants to go to school, after all he is the one going.

I imagine the father will lose because he doesn't have custody. It's the same as that moron Atheist in Calif who sued to have "Under God" struck from the pledge. His only standing in the case was taxpayer standing because he didn't have custody of his child. The same will happen to this fascist.

If these parents were truly interested in the child's well being they'd let him pick where he wanted to go...like Pie said.

Raise a child in the ways of the Lord and he will never leave. That is the true ways of the Lord not some religion that does not teach the Word. This is what is wrong with our children of today. Morals stupid

This guy is basically saying, "Because I am an Atheist, my son will be too, no matter what he or his mother wants." What an @$$! He needs to get a life and let his kid pick his own faith.
