New Years And No Bars Open
Barhoppers who frequent Bossier City watering holes are figuring out how they will ring in the new year outside some of their favorite establishments.

Get your Sunday whiskey on Saturday
Get your Sunday whiskey on Saturday ! This is the rule all year long. Maybe there will be more folks having there drinks at home and less DWI tickets written and less folks ringing in the new year in jail. I am looking forward to a great 2007 and I wish you all well in the coming year !

I will drink to that. The only ones getting hurt here are the owners of the bars and they can still have private parties I think ? Well a happy new year to you all and eat your peas and cabbage !

Bars are highly overrated anyway. They charge too damn much for their weak or watered down drinks, theyre too noisy and smokey and the food is only adequate. Better to do your drinkin at a cafe or grill, or home.
