So, do you think they'll televise this thing.. or we'll just wake up one day and the news will be, that he was hanged a few days ago ?

So is that right.. "yup, they hanged that fella a few days ago"

but "yup, they hung that picture a few days ago"

Hey that would be on my birthday and I can not think of a better birthday than to know that Saddam is hanging by a rope. I would like to see them use mustard gas on him and let the whole world see what that kind of death looks like so in the future the bleeding hearts will sit up and take notice instead of feeling sorry for the guilty as we do in America. The king of Babel or (confusion) has fallen, has fallen, has fallen ! I can not think of a better way to start 2007 A.D. than to see this tyrant hang.

I must say in this case that the death penalty is in order. They will make a martyr out of him either way so why not let be over his grave. Give peace a chance and getting people like him out of power will help.

Hussein's regime killed, tortured, raped and terrorized the Iraqi people and its neighbors for over two decades.

Saddam had approximately 40 of his own relatives murdered.

1983-1988: Documented chemical attacks by Iraqi regime caused some 30,000 Iraqi and Iranian deaths.
1988: Chemical attack on Kurdish village of Halabja killed approximately 5,000 people.
1987-1988: Iraqi regime used chemical agents in attacks against at least 40 Kurdish villages.
1990-91: 1,000 Kuwaitis were killed in Iraqi invasion of Kuwait.
1991: Bloody suppression of Kurdish and Shi'a uprisings in northern and southern Iraq killed at least 30,000 to 60,000. At least 2,000 Kurdish villages were destroyed during the campaign of terror.
1993: FBI reports Iraqi government was involved in a plot to assassinate former President George Bush during his April 14-16, 1993, visit to Kuwait.
2001: Amnesty International report: "Victims of torture in Iraq are subjected to a wide range of forms of torture, including the gouging out of eyes, severe beatings and electric shocks... some victims have died as a result and many have been left with permanent physical and psychological damage."

Good Riddance. He put out a hit on our President for pete's sake. I'm surprised any Amercian would have a problem with us taking him out. For that fact alone. Not to mention the other reasons.

So we shall ring in the new year with that type of the old Devil (Saddam) dead and I am sure a new one will show up soon so

So he's gone.. which leaves one question left.. Why the heck couldn't he have just killed himself during the first gulf war ? Or why the heck someone in his country didn't just do him in. Imagine all the money and lives that could have been saved. The bastard.
