Odors from Louisiana Proteins have generated lots of local complaints. The city has charged the company with violating its odor ordinance. Louisiana Proteins says it's not guilty. The case is still pending in City Court.

"Not Guilty" ?? NOT GUILTY ??? of what? They're certainly guilty of stinkin' up the city from Hearne Ave all the way up to Milam street. And the warmer it gets outside, the worse it seems to get.
